RBAS will be authenticated with 9 totally independent, trusted, well-known root-servers(RS). Each server will had completed, identical database. The database information must synchronised every tick. The cycle is limited to 10 seconds to allow real time operation. 1000 package server(PS) will ensure all operation disstributed to all 9 RS servers. Each PS can manage 1000 links for distributed autonomous service organization (DAO). Every cycle, each DAO can generate one hash token (NFT) for registed user.
